That's why we offer free training on knife sharpening and provide top-of-the-line industry tools to help you maintain a clean edge — because a great kitchen experience depends on high-quality, comfortable, and functional tools.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

If your Miracle Chef product sustains damage due to unconventional use (misuse rather than a manufacturing defect), we offer a replacement at 50% of the current retail price, plus applicable sales tax. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're dissatisfied with your Miracle Chef product within 30 days of receiving it, contact our Customer Service team for a full refund of your purchase price.

Please note: personalized or engraved products are exempt from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, but all other aspects of the Lifetime Guarantee still apply.

The Lifetime Guarantee is intended exclusively for consumer/in-home use. It does not apply to Miracle Chef products acquired for resale purposes requiring service or replacement.

Care Requirements (Warranty Compliance)

Hand wash and return to your storage block immediately. Do not use a dishwasher — dishwashers are for dishes.

Knives are indispensable tools in any kitchen, enabling precise slicing, dicing, and chopping. Cleaning them in a dishwasher can harm the blade's sharpness and compromise the handle's quality — hot water, detergents, and heat are abrasive, and the wash cycle can jostle the knife, damaging the edge. Soaking knives in water can cause rust and creates a risk of injury when reaching into the sink.

Best practice: hand wash with warm water, rinse immediately, and dry with a soft cotton towel to prevent tarnishing and rust. Return knives promptly to their storage block — air drying can leave water sitting on the blade for an extended period, which can cause damage over time.

Note: Damage caused by dishwasher use or water-damage neglect voids the warranty.
