This set was our first purchase. These are excellent knives! Since then we've added a few more to our knife block. I love the fact that I can sharpen them whenever I want - and they are sharp! Also really like the sheaths. I take my knives with me when teaching cooking classes so the sheaths are such a convenience. Highly recommend....
