As a matter of fact I have been collecting these knives for a while.
It started with the folding pocket knife about six or so years ago and every year there is a reason to add one or two to the collection.
These knives hold an edge just about forever and require no further attention other than washing after use drying and put them away.
They are just too nicely made to put in a drying rack or junk drawer.
I am very impressed with the design and the way they sit in your hand.
I didn’t have a chance to hold the ten inch chefs knife in my hands before I bought it as this was a Black Friday special I couldn’t resist and I must say it doesn’t disappoint.
Great knives and I know I will continue collecting a few more.
