Was really happy to find this little gem in your collection.
After a few times using this beauty i found that the knife is actually a little bit too big at least for my hands.
This resulted in me cutting myself a lot. My solution was to round the protruding sharp edge tight by the handle.
It is my experience that that part of the sharp edge is rarely used anyway.
The other thing is that in my country of origin we would call this a potato peeler and for that use it is just a bit too big and I loose control over the tip.as I tend to guide the fruit or potato with my thumb and that is just out of reach.
I know small details that made me give a four star and not a five star.
Excellent knife. I recommend it. Shipped fast with tracking number, but it took 3 weeks to arrive?! Carrier was slow.
