Wendy MacLaren Finally!!! A cheese knife that works!! So glad I purchased this. It cuts even the softest cheeses in nice slices. Creamy havarti looks so beautiful on the plate. Can't say enough about this knife. Bought it because I had purchased the bread knife, which I love love love. So now I have 2 faves in my kitchen. Highly recommend, if you are a cheese lover, like me
